Iggaak acted as project manager on a large Front-to-Back Treasury Consolidation project, driving the pre-study to migrate the business from existing systems of key foreign entities into Summit. We led the initial “deep dive” analysis across front office/risk, back office/accounting, IT/development in order to comprehensively assess and plan the main implementation. We then built estimates and detailed plans for the project using bottom up and top down approaches.
