Iggaak led the scoping phase of a position keeping system consolidation project.
Overall objective is to assess the cost to migrate the business of a foreign entity from existing systems (Kondor and Opics) into Summit. An initial “deep dive” analysis is required in order for the board to chose between options and for the teams to comprehensively plan the main implementation.
This is a complex project across front office and risk, back office and accounting. The scope encloses 27 asset classes/sub classes, 30 systems in the nearest ecosystem and 40 interfaces.
Identify and define functional & technical gaps/discrepancies, align business processes to Summit capabilities, delivery of high-level and medium level project plan with costing and detailed analysis document.
